د. حسن ناظم أكاديمي عراقي متميز، وزير حكومي سابق، وقائد ثقافي كرس مسيرته المهنية لتعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات والتفاهم. بحاصل على الدكتوراه في الدراسات الأسلوبية والشعرية، قدم مساهمات كبيرة في الأدب العربي ودراسات الترجمة والحوار بين الأديان.
كوزير عراقي سابق للثقافة والسياحة والآثار، لعب د. ناظم دوراً محورياً في المحافظة على التراث الثقافي الغني للعراق. رحلته الأكاديمية تمتد عبر قارات متعددة، حيث درّس في مؤسسات مرموقة في الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وأستراليا.
يشغل حالياً منصب نائب الرئيس في الجامعة الأمريكية في العراق - بغداد، ويواصل الدفاع عن التميز التعليمي والتفاهم الثقافي من خلال دوره كحامل مؤسس لكرسي اليونسكو للحوار بين الثقافات.
Dr. Hassan Nadhem is a distinguished Iraqi academic, former government minister, and cultural leader who has dedicated his career to fostering intercultural dialogue and understanding. With a PhD in Stylistic and Poetic Studies, he has made significant contributions to Arabic literature, translation studies, and interfaith dialogue.
As the former Iraqi Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, Dr. Nadhem played a crucial role in preserving Iraq's rich cultural heritage. His academic journey spans multiple continents, having taught at prestigious institutions in the Middle East, Europe, and Australia.
Currently serving as Vice President at the American University of Iraq - Baghdad, he continues to champion educational excellence and cultural understanding through his role as the founding Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair for Intercultural Dialogue.
